There are two different areas when you talk about "second time around".
First is when you have met someone online and it didn't work and you are
thinking of trying again.
Second is when your marriage is over and you are ready to try to find a new
love.
Can you learn to love again after divorce or a relationship ends..yes you can!

After The First Online Connection Didn't Work
So.. you connected online and spent many hours talking about everything and
anything. You shared your dreams, desires and pictures. You talked
on the phone many times before you finally decided to meet. You were so
excited that night you were to meet and so sure everything would be wonderful,
so sure you h ad found your love.
However, what you had online you did not have in
person. You were shattered. You walked away from the computer saying
you would never do that again. Some time has passed now and you start
thinking that maybe, just maybe you will try it again. Will it work this
time?
One of the problems of going through an online dating relationship and having
it fall apart is the old saying "once bitten, twice shy". You tend to be a
bit more careful about revealing who you really are inside. You are more
likely to hold your emotions closer to yourself. Of course this is totally
understandable, but in the long run it will either push potential mates away
before you even have a chance, or give potential mates the wrong impression of
who you are.
As hard as it may be in the beginning, you need to try to be as open and
honest about YOU as you were the first time around.
It is a
good idea to spend more time getting to know each other before you take the leap

Without a doubt it can be more difficult for the person who did not end the marriage to reach
out and try an online dating service. Also, if you were married for a long

'scene'. On top of that, you are not as young as you use to be and wonder
if anyone out there would even be interested in you. You know what, there

back in the 'scene' so to speak to quickly. In this case, the first step is to find the

Connecting online gives you a chance to slowly get to know someone, hey...a
lot of someones! You don't have to do anything until you feel comfortable.
As you spend time talking with people, getting to know them, you will find that
you become more and more confident about yourself and taking a chance at love
again.
As someone who has did this when my marriage was over, (actually took me over
10 years after that) I can honestly tell
you it was the best decision I ever made. I am happily married to the last
man I met online, and the last man I will ever meet online :)
